Given its extreme flexibility, foldability, and bendability, flexible LED modules are sometimes called LED soft screens or flexible screens. They were designed to solve design problems. Flexible LED modules employ flexible PCBs and bottom shell masks, although their display concept is the same as traditional LED panels. This flexibility enables modules to fold 120 degrees.

Where are flexible LED modules used?

1. Curved Screens:  Using typical indoor display modules conformed to the curve during structural construction makes interior curved LED displays with modest curvature easy to build. However, standard modules are unsuitable for screens with bigger inner or outer curvatures. These applications suit flexible LED modules because they can readily be shaped.

2. Cylindrical Screens: Many columns are cylindrical in hotel lobbies, meeting rooms, and bars. These columns are commonly turned into display screens to improve décor or create a distinctive mood with films. These forms are difficult to mount on conventional screens, but flexible LED modules make it easy.

3. Wave and Ribbon Shapes: Waves, ribbons, and other unusual forms also challenge designers. LED display makers typically enable these ideas. Flexible LED modules solved these problems by offering design flexibility.
